Bomb at the last meet

I bombed out on squats at my last meet, this was all while using 5/3/1 for powerlifting. I believe now it save to say that westside training template is the best for me.

Been awhile

I haven't had the energy to post. Started running and I stopped eating some much garbage it is still hard for me to post. I have been continuing my training with a few adjustments I only lift twice a week and I run three time a week. I cut out almost all of my accessory work and I'm still using 5/3/1 for powerlifting. That is all.

Jan 12th Bench press

Did a lil bit of bench press training again with all my sessions it was a fairly easy weight. I can't wait to start lifting heavy. I will be starting to lift weight about two months before my next contest I will hopefully be able to bench press 275 or maybe even 300 which would be awesome.
