Been awhile

I haven't had the energy to post. Started running and I stopped eating some much garbage it is still hard for me to post. I have been continuing my training with a few adjustments I only lift twice a week and I run three time a week. I cut out almost all of my accessory work and I'm still using 5/3/1 for powerlifting. That is all.

Pull ups
Running
