Nov 12 training

Well what I did today was a whole lot of stretching and some kettlebell swings and snatches with some goblet squats thrown into the mix. It was nice just to work out some cobwebs. I feel like ill be going into my next training cycle at my best. The rest of the week ill be hunting so that will be my cardio.
