Not much to say about today I just got what I was supposed to do no more no less.

Leg curls 3/12
Leg raise 3/8
Got a new training partner today, he can keep up and he listens pretty good, he also is training for the military so lots of pulls and running, i'll do some pulls ups but fuck running.
