I did a really easy bench session today this how she went
Bench press 140/3 160/3 180/3
Dumbbell bench press 50s 3/10
Push ups 3/failure
Dumbbell rows 3/10
Rear laterals 3/20
My training partner was doing the basics today because he missed my session so he did bench, squat and deadlift. We figured out that he is a pretty good sumo deadlifter so that what he will be doing.
