Dec 9th Squat

As I figured my squat suffered a little from having my bench session so close to today. I will get used to this eventually but my squat was always a good lift for me but lately its been not going well. I will just keep puging away at because the only direction is forward.

Again I really hate doing this type of training any reps above 3 for my is useless(my opinion).
